The Ninth Doctor was my first Doctor and it was painful to watch him regenerate. I had heard all about how great David Tennant was as the Tenth Doctor but at the time I didn’t care. I just wanted more time with Christopher Eccleston. Eventually I came to love the Tenth Doctor almost as much as the Ninth but I’ll still never be over losing my Doctor. Yes, they are all the Doctor but everyone has their favorite. The only advice I can give to new Whovians is to love your Doctor as long as possible because in the end, he’ll break your heart.
